Job summary

IICRC is seeking a Restoration Project Manager & Estimator to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from inspection to completion. The role combines project management, field operations, insurance estimating, team leadership, and customer service to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes.

The candidate will prepare mitigation and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate, coordinate field crews, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate with customers,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Hands-on Xactimate experience, demonstrated proficiency during screening.
Experience in property restoration, insurance restoration, construction estimating, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion, including damage assessment, mitigation, drying, demolition, and reconstruction coordination.
Conduct onsite inspections and prepare, review, and revise accurate mitigation and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
Maintain complete project records, including photographs, job notes, signed documents, drying records, and billable activities.
