Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Springfield, MO seeks a Project Manager/Estimator/Property Adjuster to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and disasters. You will develop client relationships, manage projects start-to-finish with supervision, and write scopes in Xactimate.

The role offers a base salary starting at $75,000 annually with eligibility for an annual bonus, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of disaster restoration experience (residential & commercial).
• Experience writing scopes in Xactimate.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communications between customer and insurers.
• Monitor construction schedule and budget with on-site Superintendent.
• Manage financial aspects of projects and vendors.
• Identify risks and opportunities for new work with sales.
