Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Kingwood, TX seeks an Estimator/Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will build accounts, manage projects, and coordinate with an on-site Superintendent to ensure on-time completion.

Applicants should have restoration and construction experience, proficiency with Xactimate, and willingness to travel. A valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and ability to pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and construction.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Prior disaster mitigation estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement the company's Project Quality Planning and Control process.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance reps and on-site teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage projects from start to finish with supervision from the Construction Superintendent.
