Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Project Manager to lead field production activities for residential and commercial restoration jobs, including drying, demolition, and reconstruction tasks. You will document processes, communicate with customers, and supervise technicians on site.

Ability to assist or create estimates in Xactimate and maintain accurate records is required. Able to interact with adjusters and clients in person, via phone, or virtually, ensuring high-quality workmanship and

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Able to lead a team and work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience managing two or more technicians.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and plan equipment and supplies for each job.
• Complete jobs within company processes and budgets while maintaining quality.
• Monitor active residential/commercial jobs and communicate with customers.
• Document losses with photos and notes; upload to system.
• Prepare/assist with estimates in Xactimate or other software.
• Inspect sites with Project Manager/Lead Tech to define scope.
• Explain drying processes and next steps to customers in person.
