Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 9669 - Irvine is seeking an Estimator to create accurate estimates for restoration projects. You will work on-site with the project team, document damages with photos, and prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate in line with IICRC guidelines.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation and effective communication with carriers and adjusters. Experience with Xactimate is mandatory; candidates must demonstrate software knowledge during screening.

Qualifications

• Experience using Xactimate is required and essential for screening.
• Knowledge of commercial and insurance restoration processes is preferred.
• Ability to document loss with photos and corresponding notes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and scope jobs onsite with PM/crew lead.
• Document loss with photos and upload into system.
• Prepare estimates using Xactimate and other software.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters via phone and email.
• Determine labor, equipment and material costs; prepare quantity takeoffs.
