Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering project delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Bentley ORD, Autodesk Civil 3D, ICPR, SWMM, and HEC-RAS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with local county/state clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop project plans and quality management plans.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with clients.
• Support marketing, proposals, and interviews.
