Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years leading complex Water Resources projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L ownership.
• Strong business acumen with focus on KPIs and profitability.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and change-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional offices and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for the Water Resources sector.
• Lead talent development and succession planning for key roles.
• Own the P&L and guide pricing strategies to meet financial targets.
• Drive market engagement and growth through major pursuits and client relations.
• Provide project oversight to ensure quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with BKF leaders to share best practices and drive firm-wide initiatives.
