BKF Engineers seeks a senior leader to drive the Water Resources sector across California and beyond, shaping strategic direction, managing P&L, and partnering with executives to deliver high-impact projects for public and private clients.

The role emphasizes talent development, rigorous budgeting, and expanding market share through major pursuits while upholding BKF's culture of collaboration, innovation, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years leading complex Water Resources projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L ownership.
• Strong business acumen with focus on KPIs and profitability.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and change-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional offices and client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for the Water Resources sector.
• Lead talent development and succession planning for key roles.
• Own the P&L and guide pricing strategies to meet financial targets.
• Drive market engagement and growth through major pursuits and client relations.
• Provide project oversight to ensure quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with BKF leaders to share best practices and drive firm-wide initiatives.
