• 15+ years leading complex Water Resources projects.
• Senior leadership experience with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for Water Resources.
• Grow market presence through geographic expansion, new services, and major pursuits.
• Lead merger/acquisition opportunities and integration efforts.
• Oversee resources, budgeting, and performance metrics for the sector.
• Foster talent development, succession planning, and cross-office collaboration.
• Represent BKF in industry events and with public/private clients.
• Ensure project delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
