BKF Engineers is seeking a seasoned leader for the Water Resources sector, reporting to the Executive Vice President of Infrastructure Solutions. The role drives strategic direction, market growth, and operational excellence across service areas, aligning with BKF’s growth goals.

The position emphasizes client relationship management, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and acquisitions integration to unlock synergies and deliver strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years leading complex Water Resources projects
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role developing/growing a business sector
• Strong track record in KPIs, profitability, and growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for Water Resources
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across markets
• Lead annual business plan/budget, long-range forecasting, and P&L ownership
• Identify growth opportunities, go-to-market strategies, and major pursuits
• Oversee project delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with public and private sector clients
• Collaborate with BKF leaders to share best practices and drive efficiency
