Job summary

BKF Engineers is seeking a Business Sector Lead for Water Resources to provide strategic leadership, drive market growth, and optimize project delivery. You will shape long‑term planning, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with leaders across BKF to elevate service offerings and client outcomes.

You will oversee talent development, resource allocation, and risk management while pursuing opportunities in public and private sector markets. Travel to regional offices and projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex Water Resources projects.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility to grow a business sector.
• Strong business acumen with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for the Water Resources sector.
• Identify growth opportunities including geographic expansion and new service lines.
• Lead P&L ownership, budgeting, and performance metrics for the sector.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines and executives to advance BKF’s strategic goals.
