Job summary

BKF seeks a seasoned Business Sector Lead for Water Resources to drive strategic direction, growth, and excellence in project delivery across multiple markets. You will report to the EVP of Infrastructure Solutions and align the sector with BKF’s growth goals.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, oversee P&L, and collaborate with market and regional leaders to elevate BKF’s position in Water Resources while delivering client value and ensuring high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years leading complex Water Resources projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans for service lines.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for the Water Resources sector.
• Identify growth opportunities including geographic expansion and new service lines.
• Lead mergers and acquisitions alignment and integration.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across offices.
• Oversee resources to ensure project delivery quality and efficiency.
