Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. You will lead multiple engineering projects, manage design, scheduling, and client relationships across various agencies, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.

The role supports offices across NC/SC with locations in Rock Hill, Greenville, Myrtle Beach and Conway. A PE license in NC/SC and seven-plus years of relevant experience are preferred for this senior opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (accredited program).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in NC and/or SC.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.
• Effective supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Thorough knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.
• Possess valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.
• Perform technical analysis and documentation.
• Handle public outreach, business development and client communications.
