Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. seeks a Civil Project Manager to join the Water Resources team. You will lead multi‑discipline projects, coordinating engineers, planners, and technicians across North and South Carolina offices.

The role emphasizes client contact, design oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery with a focus on practical infrastructure solutions. PE licensure and extensive design/construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited college.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in NC and/or SC.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Effective supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Oversee preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project issues.
• Conduct technical analysis and prepare documentation.
• Engage in public outreach and business development with clients.
