Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. You will lead multi-project engineering efforts, coordinate engineers, planners, and technicians, and maintain strong client relationships across agencies.

The role requires a PE in NC/SC, 8+ years of experience in design and construction, and proven leadership. Based in NC/SC offices, you’ll drive project success while delivering community infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Effective supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge and skills in CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.
• Possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Oversee preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.
• Perform technical analysis and documentation.
• Engage in public outreach, business development and client communication.
