Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team in North Carolina/South Carolina.

You will oversee multiple engineering projects, coordinate with engineers, planners, and technicians, and maintain strong client relationships across agencies. The role requires a PE license in NC/SC, a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, and about eight years of design and construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in NC and/or SC.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Effective supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.
• Perform technical analysis and documentation.
• Engage in public outreach, business development, and client communication.
