Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects while leading a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes client relations, design oversight, and project coordination. Ideal candidates have a PE license in NC or SC and extensive experience in water resource design, management, and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in NC and/or SC.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Effective supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.
• Conduct technical analysis and documentation.
• Engage in public outreach and business development and maintain client communications.
