Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. You will manage multiple engineering projects, lead teams, and maintain strong client relationships across NC/SC offices including Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, and Kinston.

Ideal candidates have a PE license in NC/SC and at least eight years of design and construction experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to guide project planning, design, and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in NC and/or SC.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Management planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects
• Serves as primary client contact and is responsible for problem resolutions related to projects
• Technical analysis and documentation
• Public outreach & business development and client communication
