Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. invites a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. Based in our NC/SC offices, you will lead engineering projects, oversee design and construction phases, and maintain strong client relations across agencies.

We seek a PE-licensed professional with 8+ years of experience, excellent communication, and supervisory skills. Knowledge of CAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office is essential. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NC and/or SC.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Effective supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge in CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve problems related to projects.
• Conduct technical analysis and documentation.
• Engage in public outreach and business development and client communication.
