Job summary

Donohue & Associates, a preferred provider of water and wastewater engineering services, seeks a Project Delivery Coordinator to help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects. You will partner with project managers and construction teams from planning through closeout to keep initiatives organized and moving forward.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management or construction support experience and is comfortable

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering technology, construction management, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering or construction projects; water/wastewater experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support to multiple project and construction managers/administrators to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Support engineering services during construction by managing project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, pay apps, meeting agendas/minutes, closeout docs, project correspondence).
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with project setup, contract administration, invoicing, budget/schedule tracking, earned value, and reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Assist with continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management as requested.
