Job summary

Donohue & Associates is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects. You’ll coordinate project delivery activities, support construction phase services, maintain project documentation, and help implement efficient processes from planning through closeout.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management or construction support; the role is open to any Donohue office

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering technology, construction management, PM, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting engineering or construction projects; water/wastewater experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and multi‑tasking.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements across project lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client‑facing approach.
• Experience with project, construction administration, accounting, or data management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support to multiple PMs and construction managers.
• Support engineering services during construction by managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and meetings.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain logs, and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with project setup, invoicing, budget tracking, earned value analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, subconsultants, and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Help implement continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Provide admin support to senior management as requested.
