Job summary

Donohue & Associates is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support water, wastewater, stormwater and related infrastructure projects.

You will partner with managers and project teams to keep projects on schedule from planning through closeout, coordinating delivery activities and maintaining documentation. The role requires 5+ years in project management or construction support and offers flexible office locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering or construction projects, preferably water/wastewater.
• Associate’s degree in engineering tech, construction management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to changes through the project lifecycle and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination to facilitate successful delivery for multiple managers.
• Support construction services by managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, agendas, minutes and closeout docs.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action Item logs, monitor schedules and milestones.
• Assist with setup, contract administration, invoicing, budgeting and earned value reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the lifecycle.
• Foster clear communication among clients, contractors and subconsultants.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
