Job summary

Donohue & Associates is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support water, wastewater, and related infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate delivery activities, support construction-phase services, and help implement efficient processes with project teams.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or construction support, with a focus on water/wastewater projects, and offers opportunities across Donohue office locations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical equivalent in engineering technology, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting engineering or construction projects, preferably water/wastewater.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support to multiple managers/administrators.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, minutes, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, action item logs, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with contract administration, invoicing, budget tracking, earned value, and reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, subconsultants, and project teams.
• Contribute to process improvements for project delivery.
