Donohue & Associates is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects. You will partner with project managers and construction managers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in engineering technology, construction management, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering or construction projects; water/wastewater experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to changes throughout the project lifecycle; proactive problem solving.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support to multiple project and construction managers/administrators to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Support engineering services during construction by managing project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, pay apps, meeting minutes, closeout docs, correspondence).
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with project setup, contract administration, invoicing, budget and schedule tracking, earned value analysis, and project reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management as requested.
