Job summary

Donohue & Associates, a water and wastewater engineering firm, seeks a Project Delivery Coordinator to support delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater and related infrastructure projects. You will partner with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams to keep projects organized from planning through closeout, coordinating meetings, documentation, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in project management or construction support and a degree in engineering

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in engineering technology, construction management, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting engineering or construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project/document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support to multiple project and construction managers/administrators to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs and submittals, change orders, pay applications, meeting agendas/minutes, closeout docs, and project correspondence.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with project setup, contract administration, invoicing, budget and schedule tracking, earned value analysis, and project reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Assist with continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management as requested.
