Donohue & Associates is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects. You’ll partner with project managers and construction teams to keep projects organized and on schedule from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering technology, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering or construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support for multiple project managers.
• Support construction services by managing project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, meeting agendas/minutes, closeout documentation).
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, monitor schedules and milestones.
• Assist with project setup, contract administration, invoicing, budgeting and schedule tracking, earned value analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, subconsultants, and project teams.
• Assist with continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Provide administrative support to senior management as requested.
