Job summary

Donohue & Associates is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects. You will partner with project managers, construction managers/administrators, senior managers, and project teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward from planning through construction and project closeout.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management and/or construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering or construction projects.
• Experience with water/wastewater projects preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration and coordination support to multiple project and construction managers/administrators to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Support engineering services during construction by managing project documentation, including RFIs, shop drawing submittals, change orders, pay applications, meeting agendas and minutes, closeout documentation, and project correspondence using internal and external construction management tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with project setup, contract administration, invoicing, budget and schedule tracking, earned value analysis, and project reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Assist with continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management as requested.
