Responsibilities

• Lead and align technical practice groups across the matrix organization.
• Drive QA/QC and continuous improvement for service delivery.
• Oversee risk management, delivery effectiveness, and project outcomes.
• Partner with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to advance delivery strategies.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and professional development across the group.
