Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Professional Services Director to provide executive leadership for technical quality, delivery excellence, and professional practice. This role aligns practice groups across the matrix, strengthens delivery capabilities, and advances standards to improve client outcomes.

Reporting to the WBG President, you will drive continuous improvement, risk management, and collaborative delivery initiatives, positioning HDR as a leader in global architecture markets.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in leadership of professional services
• Experience managing technical teams and practices
• Maintain AEC industry associations
• Active participant in employee-owned culture
• Strong QA and QC knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate professional services teams and delivery
• Align practice groups across matrix organization
• Advance QA, QC, risk management practices
