Job summary

Garver in Tulsa is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to manage the end-to-end proposal process, from RFP release to final client delivery. You’ll craft proposals using InDesign, write client-focused content, and coordinate technical information with Garver’s Water team.

You will collaborate with engineers and marketing peers, balancing independent work with team input, while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education or proven experience in Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills demonstrated in professional samples.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design and page layout principles.
• Ability to use Adobe InDesign and improve proficiency over time.
• Accurate execution of red-line edits and client feedback.
• Excellent communication to convey ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated project management skills and deadline discipline.
• 0 to 4+ years of relevant experience; onboarding can be tailored.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the proposal process from RFP release to client delivery.
• Coordinate internal deadlines, craft and edit complex proposals and government forms.
• Use InDesign and brand assets to craft compelling visuals.
• Write content that speaks to the client selection committee.
• Coordinate technical information, subconsultant data, and brochures.
• Collaborate with engineers on Garver’s Water team to win work.
