Garver’s Water Marketing Team in Frisco, Texas seeks a Proposal Coordinator to manage the end-to-end proposal process, from RFP release to final client delivery, coordinating with engineers and the marketing group. The role blends graphic design, content writing, and data refinement using Adobe InDesign and brand assets to craft compelling proposals that showcase Garver’s strengths and win new work.

You’ll own deadlines, edit complex documents, and collaborate across teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Education or proven experience in communications, graphic design, public relations, business, journalism, English, marketing, or advertising.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design and page layout principles.
• Ability in Adobe InDesign with a drive to master the program.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• 0 to 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal process from RFP release to client delivery, managing deadlines and quality checks.
• Use Adobe InDesign and brand assets to craft visually compelling proposals.
• Write custom content that differentiates Garver and persuades clients.
• Coordinate technical information, subconsultant data, and marketing materials.
• Contribute to Garver Water Marketing Team's content library for future projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to craft client presentations.
