Job summary

Qualifications

• Education or proven experience in communications, graphic design, public relations, business, journalism, English, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills demonstrated in prior work.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design and page layout principles.
• Ability to use Adobe InDesign and drive mastery of the program.
• Effective communication to turn ideas into visuals and content.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the proposal process from RFP release to final client delivery, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
• Use Adobe InDesign and brand assets to craft compelling proposals with strong visuals.
• Write custom content that differentiates Garver and persuades the client.
• Coordinate technical information, photography, subconsultant data, and marketing materials.
• Contribute to the Water Marketing Team’s information base for future projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to communicate project goals clearly.
• Create client presentations to help win projects.
