HDR, Inc. is seeking an Area Business Development Manager for the Dakotas/Wyoming Water group. You will identify and nurture client opportunities across Drinking Water, Wastewater, Federal Water, and Water Resource Management, in multiple states, driving growth and leading pursuit teams.

The role requires strong writing, presentation, and communication skills, with travel to engage clients and teams. HDR emphasizes collaboration and industry leadership.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Self-starter with history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of A/E/C industry's procurement of professional services.
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel and engage with others in-person.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify leads to meet annual NFB goals for the area and market sectors.
• Achieve area and market sector NFB goals.
• Manage BD and marketing budgets for the area.
• Maintain client relationships and inform reporting metrics.
• Develop and execute annual/long-term strategic plans with growth initiatives.
• Lead pursuit teams and develop winning strategies and proposals.
