iSpring Water Systems is a water filtration company based in the Greater Metro Atlanta area seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers via phone and email. You will guide product selections and resolve concerns to ensure a seamless experience.

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to handle 30+ calls daily. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits

• Write or proofread marketing copies and user manuals.
• Perform tasks that increase customer satisfaction and promote sales.
