Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water in Los Angeles is hiring a Customer Service Representative to ensure a positive customer experience across inquiries by phone, text, and email. You will troubleshoot issues, provide accurate information, and document interactions in our service system.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service and call center settings, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service role.
• 2+ years' experience in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
