Job summary

The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management seeks a Customer Resolution Specialist to handle water/sewer inquiries in a fast-paced contact center. You will research account issues, document interactions, and resolve concerns at first contact when possible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service experience.
• Experience using computer systems, databases, or office applications to document and manage customer interactions.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience serving customers or the public in a professional environment.
• Experience working within established policies, procedures and service guidelines.
