Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10 people) on water damage projects.
• Fluency in English and clear communication skills.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards and related equipment.
• Ability to read floor plans and draw moisture/pychrometric logs.

Responsibilities

• Directs teams and uses appropriate PPE for each job.
• Reviews project progress and informs managers of status and challenges.
• Maintains field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Ensures vehicle safety and equipment maintenance.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
