Job summary

BELFOR USA is seeking an Intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team for residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC S500/S520 standards, supervise field crews, and manage moisture assessments with specialized equipment.

The role requires 12 months of Basic Level experience and involvement in at least 25 water damage projects. Expect travel, night/weekend work, and strong customer service to safeguard client properties.

Qualifications

• Must carry current IICRC WRT designation.
• Familiar with BELFOR Water Damage Book and procedures.
• Ability to draw sketches and read floor plans.
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10).
• Excellent English literacy and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Supervisor and direct teams.
• Direct teams in PPE usage appropriate for tasks.
• Review project needs, document progress and report to managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to protect client properties.
• Travel as needed and work nights/weekends periodically.
• Document time worked and materials used.
• Attend BELFOR operations and required safety trainings.
