Job summary

BELFOR USA is seeking a Water Damage Specialist at the intermediate level to lead the water damage team on residential losses and small commercial jobs. The role requires knowledge and technical competence in IICRC standards for water and mold damage, and proficiency with water extraction equipment, portable drying gear, and moisture-detection instruments.

The candidate should have at least 12 months of experience at the Basic Level or equivalent, and involvement in no fewer than 25 water damage

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard and S520 Mold Remediation Standard
• Current IICRC WRT designation
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage procedures

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and assign tasks
• Review project requirements and document progress
• Provide field documentation, photos, and sketches
• Maintain vehicle and equipment safety and cleanliness
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required
• Ensure compliance with BELFOR standards
