Job summary

BELFOR USA is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to head the water damage team handling residential and small commercial losses. The role requires knowledge of IICRC standards, and proficiency with water extraction, drying equipment, and moisture detection tools.

You will supervise crews, manage multiple losses, document moisture conditions, and ensure safety and quality. Travel nights/weekends may be required; 12 months basic level experience and participation in 25 water damage

Qualifications

• Must have IICRC WRT designation and knowledge of water/mold standards.
• Experience supervising small crews on residential/commercial losses.
• Proficiency with moisture testing tools and moisture mapping.

Responsibilities

• Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress for managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and keep equipment well-maintained.
• Travel nights and weekends may be required.
