You will apply IICRC standards, supervise crews, and manage moisture remediation efforts with specialized equipment. Strong documentation, safety, and customer service focus are essential.

The role involves traveling for field work, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining equipment and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of customer service and related practices.
• Must demonstrate familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage processes and standards.
• Proficient in using moisture meters, IR cameras and related field tools.
• IICRC WRT designation is required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and use appropriate PPE as directed by Supervisor.
• Document progress with photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Inspect vehicles daily for safety and maintenance; keep equipment clean.
• Create moisture maps and supervise small crews on assigned tasks.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required as needed.
