Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, manage moisture assessment, and oversee equipment maintenance and safety across projects.

The role requires 12 months of Basic Level Water Damage experience and participation in numerous projects, with occasional night/weekend work and travel as needed. BELFOR offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard knowledge
• IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard knowledge
• Carry current IICRC WRT designation
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage procedures

Responsibilities

• Direct the water-damage teams and oversee use of PPE.
• Document progress with field notes, photos, and sketches for projects.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and safety compliance on site.
• Supervise small crews and coordinate with supervisors on timelines.
