Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead residential and small commercial water losses, applying IICRC standards and supervising crews. The role requires hands-on use of drying and moisture tools, documentation, and coordination with management.

Ideal candidates will have 12 months of Basic Level Water Damage experience and direct involvement in at least 25 water damage projects, with the ability to manage multiple losses and on-site teams, including travel and some

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Carrying current IICRC WRT designation.
• Ability to read drawings and document moisture goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and ensure proper PPE use.
• Provide field documentation, photos, and sketches for projects.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintain equipment.
• Report progress and challenges to management.
• Travel and night/weekend work as required.
• Attend BELFOR operations and safety training.
