Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Water Damage Specialist at the intermediate level to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses, applying IICRC standards and using extraction and moisture-detection equipment. You will document moisture extents, supervise crew, and maintain safety and equipment across complex projects.

Applicants should have 12 months of Basic Level water damage experience at BELFOR or equivalent, and have participated in at least 25 water

Qualifications

• Must have IICRC S500 and S520 knowledge.
• Direct the teams in use of PPE and equipment.
• Ability to document moisture maps and logs.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Supervisor and direct teams.
• Review daily project requirements and report progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintain equipment.
• Ensure BELFOR standards are followed to protect client property.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
• Record time and materials accurately.
• Attend BELFOR operations and safety trainings.
