BELFOR Property Restoration is hiring an Intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead a team handling residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, supervise crews, and manage moisture mapping, documentation, and equipment usage on every project.

Candidates must have 12+ months in basic water damage, strong field documentation skills, and fluent English. Expect field travel, potential night/weekend work, and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold IICRC WRT designation and know S500/S520 standards.
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10).
• Ability to read floor plans and document moisture with logs.
• Fluent English communication and strong customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead water damage team in residential and small commercial losses.
• Direct PPE usage and equipment deployment for each job.
• Document progress with photos, charts and sketches for projects.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure safety equipment is maintained.
• Travel nights and weekends as required; report time and usage accurately.
