Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Intermediary Water Damage Specialist to lead a team handling residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC S500/S520 standards, supervise field crews, and manage moisture assessments with specialized equipment.

The role requires documenting findings, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring safety and quality on-site. Some travel, night shifts, and weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• WRT designation current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise water damage teams on residential and small commercial losses.
• Document moisture extents, progress, and field notes with photos and sketches.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and timely project updates to management.
• Travel may be required; work nights and weekends as needed.
• Train junior technicians and coordinate crews on-site.
