Job summary

BELFOR Environmental is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to head the water damage team for residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, manage equipment, document moisture and loss details, and train junior technicians.

The role requires coordinating field work, safety, and timely reporting. The position involves travel, occasional night and weekend shifts, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure high-quality restoration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• IICRC WRT designation currently held.
• Experience with water damage projects and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise water damage teams on residential and small commercial losses.
• Review project requirements, document progress and communicate with managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
• Inspect vehicles and maintain safety standards.
• Travel and night/weekend work as required.
