Job summary

BELFOR USA is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to head the residential and small commercial losses team. You will apply IICRC S500/S520 standards and supervise crews, manage equipment, and document moisture conditions with field notes and sketches.

This role requires 12 months in Basic Water Damage and participation in at least 25 projects, with flexibility for night/weekend work and travel as needed. Strong customer service and safety discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with 25 water damage projects.
• 12 months in Water Damage Basic level or equivalent.
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage procedures.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards.
• Able to sketch and read floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and monitor project progress.
• Document moisture conditions with photos, charts and sketches.
• Ensure proper PPE use and equipment maintenance.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Supervise small crews and coordinate tasks.
