Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking an Intermediate Restoration Technician to lead water-damage projects, manage small crews, and ensure adherence to IICRC standards. You will document moisture conditions and coordinate equipment usage on residential and small commercial losses.

You will also train assistants, perform site assessments, and report progress while occasionally traveling or working nights to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard and S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Experience supervising small crews and coordinating multiple losses.
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage procedures and field documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and assign tasks.
• Document progress with photos, charts and sketches.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and safety procedures.
• Travel as needed; work nights/weekends when required.
• Provide timely field reporting to supervisors and managers.
