Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience, including at least one year in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process water service accounts and billing for residential, business, fire, construction, multi-family, irrigation and public agency accounts.
• Serve as a cashier, balance payments, prepare receipts, and deposits.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints such as high bill investigations and rate questions.
• Upload and post online/phone payments and lockbox payments.
• Maintain records for over reads, under reads, and delinquent accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the public.
