Job summary

Golden State Water Company is seeking a Field Customer Service Specialist in San Dimas, CA, to ensure timely resolution of field service requests and meter-related issues that impact billing and customer service.

You will work on reports from CS Online portals, CC&B, KloudGin, and Itron to resolve service requests and backlogs, train staff, and support field operations with detailed process knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Five years’ experience in field operations or customer service, with expertise in meter-to-cash processes or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Field Customer Service Supervisor in training CSA staff and monitoring meter reading schedules.
• Review meter read exceptions and field activity backlogs to ensure timely resolution.
• Validate completion of daily meter read worklists and ensure CC&B updates are current.
• Investigate meter discrepancies and ensure accurate billing; add new meters to CC&B inventory and perform meter changes.
• Assist in QA reports, troubleshoot with vendors, and support training for field staff.
